This versatile shrug is wonderful worn over a strapless or spaghetti-strap dress or top. It also pairs beautifully over plain tee shirts or turtlenecks, and for those bold enough, order a size or two larger and wear it with nothing underneath.
Note that the shrug is not designed to close - it is an open front crop jacket with ribbon ties.
